Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the refund and cancellation terms that apply to Turnoverly subscriptions. It supplements the billing and cancellation terms in our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service govern.
1. Subscription Plans and Billing Cycles
Turnoverly offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page. All fees are charged in US dollars and billed at the start of each billing period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for partial months of service, unused features, or unused time remaining in the billing period after cancellation.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if a cancellation and refund request is received within 14 days of the annual billing date. Refund requests submitted outside this 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Pro-rated refunds for eligible annual subscriptions are calculated based on the unused full months remaining in the annual billing period at the time the cancellation request is received.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the service until that date. No partial-period refunds apply to the current billing period except as described in the Annual Subscriptions section above.
To cancel, email support@turnoverly.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and your account email address.
5. Free Trial
Turnoverly offers a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start a trial, and no charge is made at the end of the trial period. Because trial accounts are not billed, there is nothing to refund for trial accounts.
6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or to cancel your subscription, send an email to:
- Email: support@turnoverly.com
- Subject line: “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request”
- Include: your account email address and, for refund requests, your reason for requesting a refund
Turnoverly reviews all requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond within 5 business days.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
