Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Turnoverly (turnoverly.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including trial users, paid subscribers, and any team members added to a Turnoverly account.
2. Description of Service
Turnoverly is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for cleaning businesses and property managers. The platform provides tools for property management, turnover scheduling, team coordination, task tracking, and operational analytics. Turnoverly is provided on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
3. Free Trial
Turnoverly offers a 14-day free trial to new users. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to the service will be suspended unless you select a paid subscription plan. There is no automatic charge at the end of your trial — you must actively choose a plan to continue using the service. Trial accounts are subject to these Terms in full.
4. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Turnoverly offers paid subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed on the billing cycle you select at signup (monthly or annual). All fees are charged in US dollars.
Important: Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing period.
- Turnoverly will send a reminder email before annual renewals.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before the renewal date. See the Cancellation Policy section below.
5. Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for partial months of service. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if a cancellation request is received within 14 days of the annual billing date. Refund requests must be submitted to support@turnoverly.com. Turnoverly reviews all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. 6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period except as described in the Refund Policy above. See our full Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete details.
To cancel your subscription, you may:
- Use the cancellation option in Account Settings (when available), or
- Contact Turnoverly at support@turnoverly.com with your account email address and a cancellation request.
7. Account Termination
Turnoverly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, abuse of the platform or its users, or use of the service for any unlawful purpose. Upon termination, your access to the service is immediately revoked. If you believe your account was terminated in error, please contact us at support@turnoverly.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turnoverly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if Turnoverly has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Turnoverly's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Turnoverly in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or the service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting Turnoverly at support@turnoverly.com. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property disputes.
